ISMP Canada is providing a free trial of the Community Pharmacy Incident Reporting (CPhIR) Program to new community pharmacy subscribers.
CPhIR is more than an incident reporting program! Included with a CPhIR subscription are:
- Safety improvement tools including complimentary use of the Medication Safety Self-Assessment (MSSA)
- Submission of data to the National Incident Data Repository (NIRD) to meet provincial requirements. For more information on NIDR funding, please see the NIDR FAQs
