ISMP Canada is providing a free trial of the Community Pharmacy Incident Reporting (CPhIR) Program to new community pharmacy subscribers.

CPhIR is more than an incident reporting program! Included with a CPhIR subscription are:

•  Safety improvement tools including complimentary use of the Medication Safety Self-Assessment (MSSA)
