Fee Schedule
The Community Pharmacy Incident Reporting (CPhIR) program subscription is $340 annually.
The subscription fee includes:
- Use of the CPhIR program to meet your pharmacy's medication incident reporting and learning requirements.
- Complimentary use of the Medication Safety Self-Assessment (MSSA) for Community Pharmacy, valued at $150.
- National Incident Data Repository (NIDR) data processing fee.
- The $70 per pharmacy, per year NIDR data processing fee includes proportional costs associated with data transfer, data review and validation, data maintenance, technology system support and communications, report generation, consultation, and knowledge translation.
- This fee is included within the CPhIR subscription for one easy annual payment for community pharmacies.
For Ontario and Saskatchewan pricing information, please see below:
- For Ontario community pharmacies, the NIDR data processing fee is being covered by the Ontario College of Pharmacists for pharmacies participating in the Assurance and Improvement in Medication Safety (AIMS) program. The total annual subscription cost invoiced directly to Ontario pharmacies for CPhIR is $270 per pharmacy.
- For Saskatchewan community pharmacies, contact the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals (SCPP) for more information on the COMPASS program.
